Company InfoThe company currently employs over 10 technicians using fully-equipped trucks and the latest technology to meet your plumbing, heating and air needs in South Orange County.
By 1999, the company further expanded with Santa Margarita Plumbing, Heating & Air, which serviced not only commercial industries, but residential and insurance projects as well. Over the next few years, employees and trucks were added to specifically service Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point and San Clemente, among other communities in South Orange County. In addition, a commercial service division, Capital Commercial Plumbing & Jetting was developed to better handle the specific needs of our commercial and industrial customers. In 2006, all the plumbing, heating and air divisions were incorporated into Your Neighborhood Plumber, Inc. This has allowed us to expand into additional cities and extend our focus into different technologies. One of these is “Trenchless Technology,” the relining of sewers and water mains without deconstruction of existing structures. Founder, visionary, and company president, Randy Gardner, brings over 30 years of experience to the company leadership. Originally from Canada, he moved to Southern California in 1984. Within a few years, his first plumbing company began servicing commercial and industrial companies such as Birtcher, Koll and Segerstrom. Shortly thereafter, Edwards Theaters (now owned by Regal), would award the company its service contract for over 80 theaters in Southern California.
